Human Resources Director
Will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, meeting HR
objectives and developing and maintaining procedures and action
programs designed to provide effective personnel support to
management, staff and operations, to ensure an adequately oriented,
compensated and motivated workforce to meet the institution’s
current and future needs. This encompasses the major areas of
policies and procedures, communications, compensation and benefits
(including wellness), administration, supervisory and management
training, payroll and governmental compliance.
Advanced degree in business, human resources or related field,
plus eight years human resources management experience required.
Experience in a hospice or healthcare facility is desirable. SPHR
preferred. Skilled knowledge of employment law, compensation,
benefits and management training required.
