Employee Relations Senior Consultant
(Labor Relations)
Provide guidance and counsel to management and employees regarding labor-relations issues--including policy and procedures, discipline, problem-solving, conflict resolution, contract interpretation, and labor-management relationship building--to enhance the employee-relations environment at Rush.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; master's in industrial relations or J.D. highly desirable
- 5+ years in employee/labor relations consultant role, or in an HR-related function
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Strong communication, project-management, critical-thinking, problem-solving and planning skills
- Project management experience, with at least one year experience in a lead project role
- Healthcare experience highly desirable
